The company acquired by Perfil publishes and commercialises four magazines and a digital portal. While the transaction was signed in October 2015, it recently got approval from the Chinese authorities.
Perfil is already in charge of the operation, which continues the same direction given by the German media group.
Both companies are highly satisfied by the mutual confidence provided during the development of the negotiations and look forward to further cooperation in the media industry.

Findings from the latest Digital Publishers Revenue Index (DPRI), a quarterly report on UK publishing from the Association for Online Publishing (AOP) and Deloitte, reveals publishers experienced a 5.6 per cent growth in total digital revenue in 2017 compared to 2016, rising to GBP£365.5m (USD$512.5m).
